My family thought I got it at Olive Garden!

You can also sign up for a bi monthly magazine with lots of recipes and you can view videos of how to make things. Also you can store favorite recipes from the site in an on site recipe box. I use lots of their recipes and my family loves them all! best of luck!
1) For 2-4 people, take two boxes of macaroni-and-cheese dinner mix and make them according to the instructions. When it's nearly done -- after the cheese sauce has been mixed in -- add a can of tuna and a can of peas. You may use a package of frozen peas, if you prefer. Add some grated cheese (about a cup) and stir well. When everything's hot through, it's ready.

2) For a different dinner, take boneless skinless chicken and put several pieces in a baking pan (a.k.a. cake pan) and heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix one can of cream of mushroom soup (or cream of celery or cheese) with 1/4 cup milk and pour this over the chicken. Bake one hour. This can easily be done ahead of time, as you can freeze this kind of chicken once it's been cooked. Serve with veggies and your favorite pasta.

3) You can also take boneless skinless chicken and cut it into strips. Spray a skillet well with non-stick spray. Season your cut-up chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Brown it well, then reduce the heat, add 1 cup water or so, and let the chicken simmer. When the water's nearly all cooked away (watch this carefully, please) add about a cup of sour cream or plain yoghurt and a cup of raspberry jam. (Strawberry works well, too, as does red currant.) Add 2-3 drops red food coloring, or your jam will turn a yucky brownish-grey when it's heated. Stir well. Any lumps will melt, so don't worry about them. Be sure the chicken is well-coated. Let the sauce simmer a few minutes, so it thickens nicely. It will continue to thicken as it cools. Serve with potatoes or pasta and your favorite veggies. If you're being fancy, garnish the chicken with a few raspberries (or strawberries, of course, if that's the jam you used) after cooking.
well its not really dinner, but its easy and delicious. you cut up a french baguette (sp?) into litle slices, put some olive oil on them, and some cheese (like delicious foriegn cheese, not like cheddar) and broil them till the cheese is all melted and then put honey on it and omg its so good!!!!!
Boneless/skinless chicken breast are easy and versatile.

You can cook them in a skillet with olive oil and garlic and serve with a side of pasta or rice and steamed veggies.

You can dice them up, cook in the oil and garlic, when the pink is gone throw in any veggies you like (I love mushrooms and broccoli) in the meantime prepare some pasta (al dente) drain and add to the skillet and toss and heat through. You can add a jar of Al Fredo sauce if you prefer, I love just the oil and garlic, use garlic salt or powder if you prefer.

You can dice them up or cut into strips and add some taco of fajita seasoning, serve on tortillas with your favorite toppings.

Cooked diced up and add to some rice with a can or two of Cream of Chicken (or whatever) soup.

Cook in a skillet whole and add BBQ sauce, serve with baked taters.

You can serve them on buns.

You can coat them with breadcrumbs and serve with mashed taters or on buns with fries or onion rings.

Grill outside with veggie Kabobs, better yet cut into chunks, marinate and make chicken and veggie kabobs.

You can get a great deal on boneless/skinless breast if you buy them frozen in the bags in the frozen meat section.
Check out Foodnetwork.com. I get tons of ideas from there. There is a wonderful recipe for chicken tetrazini (chicken with mushrooms and spaghetti) on their site. There are loads and loads of pasta dishes.
to serve four.

cut four chicken breast in to chunks or slices. brown them off with any added vegetable you like for example peppers , sweetcorn ,courgette, onion etc. add some chicken stock made from the cube. stir in herbs like garlic, basil anything just bung them in. then add 3/4 of tomato puree / paste stir in two cans of chopped tomatos and simmer for 20 mins stir ocationally.
b4 reading what else you wrote i was gonna tell you about pasta!! well here are some essentials: fresh cream(if you use this dont use eggs), bacon (or any other healthier meat), mushrooms and red+orange peppers(the ones that are veggies of course). when you boil the pasta put oil or butter to keep them well preserved. when you put the sauce i mentioned b4 on the pasta add for extra delight(and calories...) some mozzarella or other soft cheese. however sometimes it is not good to ruin the taste that already exists so u will have to thing if u really want to add cheese!
