I need some really easy but delicious desert recipes?

My mom is putting me in charge of desert for tonight. I need some really easy but delicious ones, i have the basics: eggs, milk, flour, butter, etc. HELP!I need some really easy but delicious desert recipes?
If you have any kind of fruit in your house like apples or peaches, this is really REALLY delicious and super easy to make. I love to make it all the time for my family, especially in the summer when I can get fresh fruit from the farmers market. I also like to add a little brown sugar to the fruit, and cinnamon to the topping mix.

Ingredients

3 to 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced

1 cup sugar plus some, for taste

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

2/3 cup unsalted butter

1 egg, slightly beaten

Directions

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.

Place peaches in the bottom of a baking dish and sweeten, to taste, with a little sugar depending on ripeness. In medium mixing bowl, sift all dry ingredients. Cut in butter and add beaten egg. Mix until crumbly and sprinkle over fruit, covering all exposed fruit. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden.I need some really easy but delicious desert recipes?

Fudge Brownies

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter

2¼ cups sugar

4 large eggs

1¼ cups Dutch-process cocoa

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp espresso powder, optional

1 Tbsp vanilla extract

1½ cups All-Purpose Flour

2 cups chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9'; x 13'; pan. In a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl, or in a saucepan set over low heat, melt the butter, then add the sugar and stir to combine. Return the mixture to the heat (or microwave) briefly, just until it's hot (about 110°F to 120°F), but not bubbling; it'll become shiny looking as you stir it. Heating this mixture a second time will dissolve more of the sugar, which will yield a shiny top crust on your brownies.

While the sugar heats a second time, crack the 4 eggs into a bowl, and beat them with the cocoa, salt, baking powder, espresso powder, and vanilla till smooth. Add the hot butter/sugar mixture, stirring until smooth. Add the flour and chips, again stirring until smooth. If you want the chips to remain visible in the brownies, wait about 20 minutes before adding them to the batter. Otherwise, they'll melt.

Spoon the batter into a lightly greased 9'; x 13'; pan. Bake the brownies for about 30 minutes, until a cake tester inserted into the center comes out clean, or with just a few moist crumbs clinging to it. The brownies should feel set on the edges, and the center should look very moist, but not uncooked. Remove them from the oven and cool on a rack before cutting and serving.

PB%26amp;J Bars

1 stick , at room temperature

3/4 cups sugar

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 extra-large egg, at room temperature

1 cups (9 oz) creamy peanut butter (recommended: Skippy)

1½ cups all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon baking powder

3/4 teaspoons kosher salt

3/4 cups (9 oz) raspberry jam or other jam

1/3 cup salted peanuts, coarsely chopped

Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9x9x2” or 8 X 8'; cake pan. Line it with parchment paper, then grease and flour the pan.

In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream the butter and sugar on medium speed until light yellow, about 2 minutes. With the mixer on low speed, add the vanilla, eggs, and peanut butter and mix until all ingredients are combined.

In a small bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. With the mixer on low speed, slowly add the flour mixture to the peanut butter mixture. Mix just until combined.

Spread 2/3 of the dough into the prepared cake pan and spread over the bottom with a knife or offset spatula. Spread the jam evenly over the dough. Drop small globs of the remaining dough evenly over the jam. Don't worry if all the jam isn't covered; it will spread in the oven. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and bake for 45 minutes, until golden brown. Cool and cut into squares.

This is a quick and great way to use fruit.

About 1/2 pint of strawberries, sliced.

2-3 bananas sliced

1 1/2 TB sugar

2-3 good size dollops of sour cream (Start with 2)

Stir together. If you like bananas, add more or less. Same goes with the strawberries. Add more sugar if it needs to be a little more sweet. If the sour cream is too thick, add a little more sugar. The sugar ';melts'; the sour cream. This takes about 10-15 minutes to make depending on how fast you slice.

Good luck
Here is one that is so easy and so so delicious! You can easily substitute chocolate chips for the peanut butter ones! Good luck!
