Good luck, so does my hubby and that salt subsitute is horrible. Just control the salt in all your cooking and your good. I have a link as theres like 2000 some low sodium recipes I found for you on this site. So scroll thru and have fun trying a few new things. Or modify the ones he likes and give him what he wants.
