I want easy recipes, not requiring use of the stove, that are healthy, not to mention tasty. Suggestion are welcome.Any healthy and delicious breaskfast recipes?
for a great Chocolate-Banana Shake try this
1 envelope of diet sugar-free cocoa
1 banana *i cut up my banana and freeze it overnite
1 cup fat free milk
blend in blender

Banana milk : blend a banana in a cup of milk and add a few grains of nutmeg. It's healthy, filling and tasty.
Top toast (or bread, or bagels) with anything. Peanut butter, jelly, cheese...

any box of dry cereal will do. Try shredded wheat, My favorite. Then there is always McDonalds of course.
You can ad yogurt to this recipe, if you want to. I call it, O Milk.
1 Quart (that's 4 cups) orange juice
2 Cups milk (that's 4 cups) milk
(any kind, milk, soy milk, rice milk, fat free milk, goat milk, it doesn't matter) A. Blend in a blender, smoothie machine or with a mixer.
B. Serve with an orange slice.
C. Enjoy!

YES! I've recently discovered plain oatmeal with brown sugar and your choice of added fruit. OMG, it's delicious and it's SO good for you. use light brown sugar and then there's no added calories from it! Try it; you won't be dissapointed! =)

I put frozen yogurt in the blender with banana and berries, preferably also frozen, blend, and feel great.

Get a selection of Fruit, cut up the night before and put in the fridge. Add some yogurt and also some muesli and mix together. Have a fresh glass of fruit juice to go along with it.
Also could add things like dates, nuts, sultanas, raisins
I really like grapfruit. If you have a blender you can take a little milk, ice and frozen berries ( figure out the ratio you like, but a cup of berries, half a cup of milk and ice to taste) is quick and easy. Not recommended for winter months.
