ok here is a basic alfredo chicken pasta recipe.

1 lb chicken breast boneless skinless

1 frozen box chopped broccoli

bowtie pasta

1 pint heavy whipping cream (maybe a tiny bit more)

minced garlic (equal to 2 cloves)

1 bag 5 oz Parmesan and Romano cheese

1 stick of butter (real butter is best)

Start the water to boil pasta. In separate pot, place frozen broccoli with two ounces water and cover but don't heat until everything else is almost done. Cut chicken breasts into bite sized chunks. Use a medium saucepan for alfredo sauce, on med low heat, melt butter and minced garlic and add whipping cream, bring to very low simmer and start slowly adding the cheese and stirring it in. I would keep tasting it while adding the cheese in case you want to add a little less than the whole bag. Once that is mixed keep it on low while you start the chicken. By this time you should have your pasta in the water. Place small chicken chunks in a pan with a tiny bit of olive oil and cook on med high until white in center flipping occasionally. Start broccoli on high while chicken is going. Drain everything when it is done and place all ingredients together in the large pot you used to boil pasta (no water in pot obviously) stir together and slowly add alfredo sauce to taste. put it on plate and top with the same parmesean you used for the alfredo sauce.

Yummy my favorite meal.
