Peanut butter on a slice of bread, jelly on top of the peanut butter, and then, another slice of bread... ta da!
ok, but seirosuly... high heat fryed porkchops seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika, then low heat to finish with a can of pasta sauce mixed in with the porkchops...
soimple homemade pasta sauce: canned tomato sauce (not the pasta sauce), and some basil leaves, maybe some garlic if you feel like it.
speaking of garlic, it does wonders. Simply brown some chopped garlic and some salt in a bit of olive oil or corn oil... or both, and then fry some cooked spaghetti in the garliky oil for a fine pasta dinner, or dip some bread and toast in the oven for garlic bread, fry up some spinach in this hot oil for a great side dish, or my favorite... drizzle the oil on top of tomato slices and sandwhich them slices between 2 toasted slices of bread with some butter or mayo on the bread to prevent it some getting soggy... mmmm
speaking of butter, you can do a quickie chicken dish, just fry some chicken breasts or boneless thigh in some butter and a little bit of Chicken Boullion, it seasons nicely and adds alot of flavor, this goes great with panckaes for breakfast...
speaking of which, you can simply add bannanna slices and some bagged chocolate chips to a pancake batter and make bannnana chocolate chip pancakes... mmm,List a few really really easy-to-cook and really really delicious recipes?
Pasta bakes are really easy:
1 tin of tuna, drained.
1 jar of pasta sauce (there's plenty to choose from).
Approx 250gm of pasta (I like wholemeal penne for it, myself).
Approx 1 cup cheese.
Add tomato, spring onion, mushroom or any fave veg if you want.
Put everything except the cheese in a baking dish, and after you put the sauce in, fill the jar with water and put that in, too. Bake for about 20 mins (about 200 decrees celcius), throw the cheese on and leave it for another 15-20 mins and you're done.
Failing that, you may find the humble oven bag to be your best friend. Cut up some veg and throw in a kelo or so of your favourite meat (you might want two oven bags for this). Stick it all in a baking dish in the oven at about 200 celcius and forget about it for an hour, or an hour and a half if it's a roast or you cut your veg really chunky. Add some sour cream and chives to your veg and it's great.

Smoky Chicken Fettuccini
6 slices bacon
1/2 cup diced onion
6 large cloves garlic, peeled
1/2 cup coarsely chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated smoked Provolone cheese
8 ounces uncooked fettuccini noodles, broken in half
1 cup frozen peas
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup half and half
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
1.Bring water to a boil in (8-qt.) Stockpot. Meanwhile, cut bacon into 1/2-inch pieces using Santoku Knife. Cook bacon in (12-in.) Skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from Skillet; drain on paper towels. Drain grease from Skillet (do not wipe out).
2.Dice onion using Chef鈥檚 Knife. Thinly slice garlic using Ultimate Mandoline fitted with thin slicing blade. Coarsely chop bell pepper using Food Chopper. Coarsely grate cheese using Deluxe Cheese Grater; set aside. Add onion, garlic and bell pepper to Skillet. Cook over medium heat 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove Skillet from heat; set aside.
3.Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions (see Cook鈥檚 Tip). Add peas to Stockpot; carefully drain pasta and peas using Drainer. Add pasta and peas to Skillet. Add bacon, cheese, chicken, half and half, black pepper and salt; toss well to coat. Cook and stir over medium heat until sauce is slightly thickened and mixture is hot. Sprinkle with parsley; serve immediately.
Cook's Tip: A simple way to adjust the consistency of pasta sauce that is too thick is to remove about 1 cup of pasta cooking water using the Nylon Ladle before draining the pasta. Stir a small amount into the sauce as needed.
Smoked Provolone cheese is smoked over applewood for a full-bodied, smoky flavor. Plain Provolone cheese can be substituted for the smoked Provolone cheese, if desired.
