here's one of my favorites:
Slice tomatoes cross-ways into 1/2'; thick slices and spread semi-generously with Classico pesto sauce. Top the pesto sauce with shredded mozzarella (8 oz shredded is the same price as 8 oz block...go figure!!) and bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
While tomatoes are baking, sprinkle salt, pepper, %26amp; garlic powder on boneless, skinless chicken breasts or chicken tenders and saute in a bit of olive oil.
it's healthy, lower-carb %26amp; will keep you full. also, if you make doubles, it'll make for a great lunch the next day.Can you give me some delicious recipes of a meal you can make in less than 20 min ?
Steam Chicken rice.
Wash long grain rice. Drain. Fry 2 crushed garlic and a few slices of ginger in sesame oil, if not available, veg oil. Fry rice till it turns white. For every cup of rice, add 1 1/2 cup water. Put a cube of chicken stock. Cook rice for 5 mins or till half the liquid is absorbed. Wash and clean chicken parts. Stir rice and add chicken. Cover and cook till chicken and rice is tender.
Serve with some slices of cucumber and soy sauce.
